Key Responsibilities:
- Bank Fraud Agile work management .
- Execution of Bank Fraud technology work .
- Opportunity to work on impactful projects in an agile environment.
- Collaborative and supportive team culture.
- Assist team on efforts/projects within Jira Work Management (JWM) and Jira Production environments.
- Generate and maintain reports in both Jira Work Management (JWM) and Jira Prod.
- Release Coordination to assist the team with evening and weekend releases.
- Incident Management to assist with analyzing incidents and their root causes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and document processes.
- Support data analysis and reporting using Microsoft Excel.
- Assist in preparing presentations and visual materials (PowerPoint experience is a plus).
- Contribute to process mapping and workflow documentation (bonus skill).
- Key Skills; Business Analysis, Release Coordination, Incident Management, Jira Work Management (JWM), Jira, MS Excel, PowerPoint .
- Experience with Jira Workforce Management (JWM) and Jira Production, to include reporting. (2 years)
- Experience with Release Coordination and/or Incident management. (2 years)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for presentations. (2 years)
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
