Pay Range: $20 - $30/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls (15–20 /day) related to fraud, payments, and account risk
- Investigate suspicious transactions & financial activity
- Support merchants with:
- Payment holds
- Chargebacks
- Account verification
- Perform KYC / KYB checks & document verification
- Identify fraud trends like account takeover & transaction anomalies
- Balance customer experience risk policies
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- 2 years in Fraud / Risk / Payments / Banking / Financial Services OR Call Center experience handling financial products
- Experience with:
- Transaction monitoring
- Fraud detection
- Customer interaction (calls)
- Strong communication problem-solving skills
- KYC / KYB / AML experience
- Fintech or banking background
- Experience handling escalations
