Pay Range: $30-$35/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Reviewing certificate expiration alerts and daily queues
- Identifying the owning team for expiring certificates
- Opening or updating tickets to track renewal progress
- Assisting with certificate issuance or reissuance using established tools
- Validating certificate installation (e.g., checking endpoints or configurations)
- Communicating status updates to stakeholders
- Escalating risks when timelines or ownership are unclear
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Key skills: - "Certificates Management", TLS/Certificates , “Certificate Renewal”
- Foundational Understanding of TLS/Certificates
- Basic Linux / Windows Command-Line Exposure
- Ticketing & Operational Discipline
- A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, engineering, computer science) and requires 0 – 2 years of related experience.
