Key Responsibilities:
- Build sustainable working relationships with critical business teams
- Partner with business stakeholders to conduct risk-based functional business impact analysis and prioritize development of business continuity plans for the most critical activities
- Map systems and business process integrations that support Meta’s technology products and services. This may include an understanding of the resilience of outsourced providers and/or entities critical to the business.
- Facilitate development and execution of continuity exercises for business teams
- Coordinate business continuity and application recovery gap analysis and remediation exercises between business teams.
- Partner with cross-functional teams on periodic training and awareness initiatives
- Be the SME on crisis activations that might impact the delivery of the enterprises’ technology products and services to end-users
- Support third-party/outsourced business continuity risk management projects where necessary
- Other resiliency tasks as assigned by Manager.
- Skills-5 years of work experience in Business Continuity planning
- 5 years of work experience in an operation, project coordination, consulting, or equivalent environment
- Experience with Client Engagement
