Our client, a luxury fashion brand, is seeking a Store Manager to join the team at their Pop-Up boutique at the Livermore Outlets in California. This is a full-time, temporary position starting ASAP and continuing through the end of the year. Candidates should be able to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Job Duties Include
- Build and strengthen client relationships to drive sales, loyalty, and long-term customer engagement.
- Achieve and exceed sales goals by identifying business opportunities and implementing strategic actions.
- Lead and coach teams to deliver an exceptional, personalized client experience across all channels and events.
- Develop, mentor, and retain talent by providing coaching, feedback, and growth opportunities.
- Enhance store performance through strong leadership, client feedback, hospitality, and a best-in-class selling environment.
- 5 years of experience in retail, hospitality, or related industries, with strong management experience.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, with excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to develop community networks and drive revenue.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, ZOOM, and virtual communication tools.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while supporting clients, teams, and operations; multilingual skills are a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand for duration of shift
