Our client, a global luxury fashion brand, is seeking a General Manager to join the team at their Lenox Square boutique in Atlanta, GA. This is a full-time, permanent position starting ASAP. Candidates should be able to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Job Duties Include
- Drive overall business performance by executing strategic initiatives that increase revenue, improve conversion, elevate average transaction value, and expand the store’s high-value client base.
- Lead, coach, and develop the leadership team and sales associates through consistent performance management, accountability, and succession planning to foster a high-performing culture.
- Build and execute clienteling strategies focused on reactivating lapsed clients, strengthening relationships with top-tier customers, and acquiring new high-potential clientele.
- Oversee all store operations, including talent acquisition, workforce planning, visual presentation, inventory management, and operational compliance to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
- Proven experience leading a luxury, premium or contemporary retail business with responsibility for driving sales growth, profitability, and key performance indicators within a multi-million-dollar environment.
- Demonstrated success developing clienteling programs, rebuilding customer relationships, and generating measurable growth through outreach, retention, and acquisition strategies.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and talent development skills with a track record of elevating team performance, building accountability, and hiring top talent to strengthen overall business results.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand for duration of shift
