Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Technician to join our team. We are a growing company that is looking for individuals that want to grow with us. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work. This role involves performing various tasks related to lawn care, landscape, hardscape, construction, slate roofing and snow/ice maintenance. There are multiple positions available, from mid level to foreman. There is room for advancement as skill level increases. Pay is based on experience.
Requirements
- Proven experience in landscape maintenance, hardscape, construction or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting equipment issues is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting heavy materials and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Knowledge of lawn care techniques, tree care practices, and groundskeeping principles is advantageous.
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must be able to pass a drug test
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
