The Work- Prepare, measure, and combine raw materials per defined formulations and SOPs.
- Run quality checks to verify product consistency and compliance with specifications.
- Record batch data, component lots, and process conditions with precision.
- Partner with R&D to pilot new formulas and enhance current products.
- Keep the production area clean, organized, and ready for the next run.
- Comply with all safety rules and applicable regulations during operations.
- Assist in diagnosing and correcting production issues as they arise.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical coursework or certifications are advantageous.
- Proven background in formulation, mixing, or blending in a manufacturing environment.
- High attention to detail; consistently follows step-by-step instructions.
- Foundational understanding of chemical properties and safety practices.
- Strong communicator and collaborative team member.
- Able to lift and move heavy materials.
- Willing and able to work varied shifts, including overtime as needed.
