We’re searching for a personable, energetic, and highly organized Customer Service Representative who wants to be more than someone answering phones. You'll become a key connection between our customers and our team, helping ensure every interaction with our client is professional, responsive, and positive.

Their customers are important to them, and we're looking for someone who will treat their questions, concerns, and requests like they matter.

What You'll Be Doing

You’ll take ownership of customer interactions from initial inquiry through resolution. On any given day, you may be answering a customer question, tracking down information internally, solving a service issue, providing an update, or simply making sure a customer knows someone is paying attention.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Serving as a primary point of contact for customers by phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Responding promptly and professionally to customer questions, requests, and concerns.
• Managing customer interactions from initial contact through final resolution.
• Building and maintaining positive, professional customer relationships.
• Gathering information to understand customer needs and determine appropriate next steps.
• Coordinating with internal departments to resolve customer questions and service issues.
• Providing accurate updates regarding orders, projects, services, scheduling, and other requests.
• Following up to ensure customer questions and concerns have been resolved.
• Documenting customer conversations, requests, issues, and resolutions.
• Maintaining accurate customer information within company systems.
• Identifying urgent or sensitive concerns and escalating them appropriately.
• Helping resolve complaints with a professional, solutions-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service, customer support, account coordination, administrative, or similar experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple customer requests and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable using computers, email, Microsoft Office, and customer-management systems.
• Ability to quickly learn new software and internal processes.
• Strong problem-solving and follow-through skills.
• Ability to remain composed and professional during challenging customer interactions.
