The salary range for this position is: $72,000 - $184,440. For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is: $72,000 - $212,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. - Bachelor's Degree in Actuarial Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Mathematical Statistics, Mathematics, Economics
- At least 2 years of experience
- Demonstrating broad technical actuarial knowledge in areas such as loss reserving, ratemaking, and capital management
- Possessing an Associateship of the Casualty Actuarial Society
- Actively pursuing Fellowship of the Casualty Actuarial Society
- Utilizing in-depth analytical and creative problem-solving skills
- Managing multiple simultaneous projects related to risk analysis
- Understanding reserve analysis, mergers & acquisitions, reinsurance
- Interpreting and consulting on accounting standards
- Communicating a broad range of Firm services
- Providing candid, meaningful feedback timely
