Overview
The Facilities Associate provides operational and administrative support to ensure accurate execution of tasks related to underwriting processes, client servicing, and internal coordination. This role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.

Required: High School Diploma/GED and 3 years of related experience.
Preferred: Appropriate license

The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours. Overview
The Facilities Associate provides operational and administrative support to ensure accurate execution of tasks related to underwriting processes, client servicing, and internal coordination. This role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
How You'll Make An Impact
- Prepare and process binding and invoicing documents accurately and on time.
- Assist with quote offerings under the direction of the team leader.
- Follow up on subjectivities to ensure timely resolution.
- Respond to inquiries regarding policy holds and provide timely solutions.
- Support the leader in conducting utilization audits and compiling reports.
- Coordinate activities with Account Managers, Account Executives, Producers, Brokers, and other stakeholders to service the designated book of business.
- Independently resolve complex customer service inquiries requiring research and carrier interaction.
- Maintain accurate logs of client communications and respond promptly to questions.
- Assist with marketing, renewals, and preparation for client presentations according to company procedures.
