This is an entry-level customer role focused on customer support, customer enrollment, customer sales, and account updates. You’ll talk with customers, explain service options, and help them get signed up for the wireless and internet services they need.
What You’ll Do as an Entry Level Customer Associate
- Talk with customers daily to explain wireless, internet, and telecom service options
- Help customers with enrollments, activations, upgrades, and account changes
- Provide friendly customer service and clear answers to customer questions
- Recommend wireless or internet plans that match each customer’s needs
- Keep accurate records of customer accounts, enrollments, and sales progress
- Work with the customer team to hit customer, sales, and enrollment goals
- Stay updated on telecom promotions, wireless plans, and new service details
