We’re seeking a motivated and enthusiastic entry level Sales Associate to join our growing T-Mobile sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to develop a career in sales, connect with small to medium business owners, and provide meaningful solutions that help companies stay connected and grow.
As part of our team, you’ll play a key role in driving new business, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales goals — all while receiving hands-on training and mentorship to set you up for long-term success.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and engage with small and medium-sized business owners to identify new sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Present and clearly explain T-Mobile products and services, including high-speed internet modems, iPhones, Samsungs, Androids, Tablets, iPads and others
- Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Accurately record sales activities in CRM or tracking systems.
- Collaborate with team members and management to develop new strategies for business growth.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and product updates.
Qualifications
- Previous sales experience is preferred but not required (training provided for motivated entry-level candidates).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong work ethic and ability to thrive both independently and in a team environment.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Basic computer skills; CRM experience is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent required (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred).
