Key Responsibilities
As an Install Coordinator, you will manage the lifecycle of our jobs—from the initial scheduling to the final warranty registration. Your daily duties will include:
- Dispatching & Scheduling: Managing the daily schedules for installers and technicians; calling customers to schedule installations, Quality Control Audits (QCA), and warranty jobs.
- Customer Excellence: Answering office lines with a polite, sincere, and respectful attitude. You’ll go the "extra mile" to ensure every customer is beyond satisfied and encourage happy clients to share their experiences on platforms like Google, Facebook, and Angie’s List.
- Administrative Operations: * Creating and debriefing (closing out) work orders.
- Generating Purchase Orders (POs) for upcoming jobs.
- Collecting revenue for completed projects and executing job-related rebates.
- Registering equipment and entering manufacturer warranties.
- Team Support: Providing leadership and assistance to fellow employees to ensure smooth office operations.
- Standard Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
- Workload: Typically 40 hours per week, though seasonal demand may require 40–50 hours.
- On-Call Rotation: Approximately once per month, you may be required to cover after-hours calls:
- Mon-Fri: 6:30 pm – 8:30 pm
- Sat-Sun: 8:00 am – 8:30 pm
- Multi-tasking Pro: Ability to handle tight deadlines and maintain phone coverage in a dynamic office setting.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication is a must. You are the voice of our company.
- Technical Aptitude: Comfortable learning new software for scheduling, equipment registration, and administrative tasks.
