We are in Fenton and looking for a PEOPLE PERSON.
The job is primarily working in an INBOUND call center answering customer inquiries for Puzzle Warehouse [Puzzle & Game Products] as well as answering e-mails and live chats.
REQUIREMENTS:
* You must be well written and well spoken. This position involves regular contact with end users by telephone and e-mail correspondence. You must be able to communicate with customers and co-workers alike effectively.
* Knowledge of navigating a computer and the internet quickly to find answers is necessary.
* Reliability is key. You should have your own transportation and be able to show up for your scheduled shift on-time.
