We are seeking a Clinical Supervisor to lead our Behavioral Health Department and help support a growing team of clinicians serving children and families. This role offers the opportunity to influence clinical quality, mentor staff, and contribute to the direction of the practice while maintaining a schedule that supports life outside of work.
We are open to creating a consistent schedule between 30 and 40 hours per week based on the right candidate's interests, availability, and professional goals.

We are open to creating a consistent schedule between 30 and 40 hours per week and may be able to accommodate flexible scheduling arrangements for the right candidate.

- Provide clinical supervision, mentorship, and consultation to behavioral health clinicians
- Support onboarding, professional development, and clinician growth
- Foster a positive, collaborative, neurodiversity-affirming department culture
- Partner with leadership on hiring, retention, and staff development
- Assist with clinical decision-making, treatment planning, and case consultation
- Help shape department initiatives, clinical programming, and quality improvement efforts
- Collaborate closely with Occupational Therapy and Speech-Language Pathology leadership
- Maintain a reduced clinical caseload while focusing primarily on supervision and leadership responsibilities

- Independent licensure (LMHC, LICSW, Psychologist, or equivalent)
- Experience working with children, families, and neurodivergent populations
- Prior supervisory, leadership, or mentoring experience
- Strong clinical judgment and consultation skills
- Commitment to neurodiversity-affirming and relationship-based practice
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership abilities
- A desire to help clinicians grow and thrive professionally
