What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pediatric Occupational Therapist position at Puzzle Pieces, LLC?
Benefits:
We are looking to welcome an enthusiastic, warm, compassionate, confident clinician, and a true team player to join our organization! We require a minimum of one-year commitment for part-time team members.
Responsibilities:
We care deeply about our team and the incredible people who make it what it is. Our interview process is designed to help you get to know us and ensure that Puzzle Pieces feels like the right fit for you.
The first step in our process is a video conversation with a member of our Leadership Team. This is an opportunity for us to learn more about you — and for you to ask questions and gain a deeper understanding of the role and what it's like to be part of Puzzle Pieces.
If we both feel it's a good fit, we’ll invite you to an in-person interview. During this visit, you'll have the chance to connect with members of our team — the people you’d be working alongside and collaborating with each day. This interview may also include a brief observation of a therapy session to see our work in action.
By the end of the interview process, we hope you’ll have a clear sense of who we are, how we support children and families, and what being part of our team could look like.
