Duties
- Provide oversight and clinical leadership for all behavior analytic programs.
- Supervise, mentor, and support BCBAs and clinical teams to ensure high-quality services.
- Ensure compliance with BACB, Medicaid, and company standards.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and implement company-wide initiatives.
- Monitor client outcomes and ensure data-driven clinical decision-making.
- Oversee onboarding and training of new clinical staff.
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and ethical work environment.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field.
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or BCBA-D certification in good standing.
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical and supervisory experience in ABA.
- Proven leadership and administrative experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
