Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage the clinical program, ensuring that all services are delivered in accordance with established protocols and standards.
  • Oversee patient care, ensuring that all patients receive personalized, compassionate, and effective treatment.
  • Lead and mentor the clinical team, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
  • Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures to enhance service delivery and patient outcomes.
  • Monitor and evaluate clinical performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
  • Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure integrated and comprehensive care for patients.
  • Stay current with industry trends, advancements, and regulatory changes to ensure the program remains at the forefront of clinical excellence.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal, ethical, and professional standards in the delivery of clinical services.
  • Manage clinical budgets and resources effectively, optimizing the allocation of staff and materials to meet program goals.
  • Engage in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and clinical outcomes.
Required Education:
  • LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) or LMHC (Licensed Mental Health Counselor)

Required Experience:
  • Extensive experience in the supervision of clinical programs and patient care, demonstrating a strong understanding of clinical operations and patient management.
  • Proven track record of leadership in a clinical setting, with the ability to oversee and guide a team of clinical professionals effectively.
  • Experience in developing and implementing clinical policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing budgets and resources within a clinical environment to optimize operational efficiency.
  • Experience in collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care and program development.
