Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with clients via phone and other communication channels to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information.
• Maintain professional and courteous communication at all times, ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Utilize computer skills to manage customer accounts, update records, and document interactions accurately.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook to support daily tasks.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer needs are met promptly and efficiently.
• Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and quality of service.
• Follow company policies and procedures to uphold service standards and confidentiality.

Experience

• Prior office experience is preferred but not required; strong computer literacy is essential.
• Experience in customer service or client communication roles will be advantageous.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to handle phone conversations professionally are critical for success in this role.
• Candidates should demonstrate a proactive attitude, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer support.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
