*Candidates must live in Fresno and will cover a ~2 hour radius of the city! The job is posted as hybrid, but the role is 100% field based and will not require any time in office.

- Compensation: Base Salary Uncapped Commission / Top Reps making $400k
- Uncapped earning potential with true residual income - commissions continue as long as the business remains active, with no quota resets or accounts “aging out”

What You’ll Do:
- Field sales opportunity - out in your territory each day hunting new business!
- Work autonomously to identify leads, close deals, and onboard accounts
- Build and nurture strong relationships with healthcare providers and key industry contacts
- Focus exclusively on growth; this role is not about maintaining existing accounts
Qualifications:
- Hunter Mentality: Demonstrated ability to generate and close new business- ideal candidates are growth-focused and highly motivated
- Lab Sales Experience Preferred: 2 years of experience in lab/diagnostics sales OR medical sales, with a strong track record of success in the industry
