We are partnered with an established national provider of intraoperative neuromonitoring and EEG services to hire experienced Surgical Neurophysiologists across Florida.
This role is designed for an experienced neurophysiologist seeking clinical autonomy, complex case exposure, and a more balanced practice environment with supportive leadership and minimal micromanagement.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform intraoperative neurophysiologic monitoring during surgical procedures
- Support spine, neuro, ENT, and related cases
- Identify and communicate significant waveform changes in real time
- Operate and troubleshoot monitoring equipment during procedures
- Maintain accurate intraoperative documentation
Qualifications
- CNIM certified or CNIM-eligible
- 2 years of IONM / neuromonitoring experience
- Experience across multiple modalities
- Experience supporting spine, neuro, ENT, and cardiovascular procedures
- Strong communication and intraoperative decision-making skills
- Clinical background required
