This Superintendent role will manage $3M-$5M luxury custom homes across the Westlake/Lake Austin/Laguna Loma area. The role is split between the West Lake Hills office and active job sites.
Responsibilities include scheduling and overseeing subcontractors, managing short- and long-term schedules, ensuring architectural plans are executed correctly, jobsite quality control, daily job logs, internal reporting, and serving as a liaison between clients, the office, and the field.

Requirements:
- 5 years of construction management experience
- 2 years of custom luxury residential experience preferred
- Experience managing high-end homes or complex residential projects
- Strong scheduling, subcontractor management, QC, and client communication skills
