Our client, a top-tier national professional services provider, is looking for a high-performing Outside Sales Rep to drive new business across their rapidly growing markets.

What You’ll Do:
- Book 50 qualified prospect meetings per year
- Drive activity: Client touches (calls, emails, drop-ins, social media) to secure first meetings
- Strategic prospecting and uncovering high-value opportunities that drive real growth
- Partner with experienced producers on joint-selling engagements
Qualifications
Must-Haves:
- 2–5 years of industry or adjacent experience (benefits, insurance, PEO, payroll, HR tech)
- Proven ability to build a book of business
- High activity, self-motivated, and persistent
- Based in a market with practitioner support
Preferred:
- Early-stage producers with Broker of Record experience
- B2B sales rockstars with a team-player mindset
- Experience at major firms like USI, Lockton, or Gallagher
