We've partnered with a fast-growing organization in the healthcare space that’s looking to add a high-impact Regional Sales Director to its leadership team in Philadelphia!
This role is responsible for driving regional revenue growth, building and developing high-performing sales teams, and executing strategy across a defined territory. The ideal candidate is a hands-on sales leader who can balance strategy with execution and thrives in a growth-oriented environment.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of regional management experience within healthcare
- Minimum 2-8 years of experience in healthcare sales
- IDEAL: Hospice, SNIF, Acute rehab, DME, or experience dealing with Medicare and Medicaid
- Strong background in revenue growth and team development
- Strategic thinker with a roll-up-your-sleeves leadership style
- Ability to travel within the region as needed
- MUST live in Philadelphia or the surrounding areas
