🎯 Job Duties
• Develop and execute educational content including webinars, articles, white papers, videos, and research summaries
• Host educational webinars and facilitate discussions with healthcare quality professionals
• Own the editorial calendar and content strategy for healthcare education initiatives
• Create thought leadership content focused on hospital quality, patient safety, accreditation, and performance improvement
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Customer Success, Sales, and Leadership teams
• Monitor industry trends and identify emerging topics within healthcare quality
• Coordinate customer panels, workshops, interviews, and educational events
• Help establish the organization as a trusted educational resource within the healthcare quality community
✅ Job Requirements
- Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to simplify complex healthcare topics into engaging educational content.
- Passion for healthcare quality, patient safety, and performance improvement.
Experienced Candidates:
- Background in hospital quality, healthcare analytics, healthcare consulting, performance improvement, or a healthcare technology/vendor organization supporting quality initiatives.
- Ability to combine deep healthcare knowledge, quantitative analytics, and exceptional communication.
Recent Graduates:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biostatistics, Statistics, Data Science, Public Health (MPH), Healthcare Informatics, or a related quantitative field.
- Strong analytical foundation and excellent communication skills; healthcare knowledge can be learned, but an analytical mindset is essential.
