As a Financial Advisor, you will:
• Serve as a primary client-facing advisor, managing and growing an existing book of business
• Identify opportunities to deepen relationships and expand assets under management
• Conduct client review meetings and provide ongoing financial guidance
• Prospect and bring in new business through networking, referrals, and outreach
• Deliver comprehensive financial planning solutions tailored to client goals
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
• Conduct client meetings to review portfolios and adjust financial strategies
• Assess client financial situations, goals, and risk tolerance
• Build and present personalized financial plans (retirement, investments, insurance, etc.)
• Monitor market trends and manage client portfolios accordingly
• Actively prospect through cold calling, networking, and referrals
• Prepare financial plans, reports, and maintain CRM updates
• Ensure compliance documentation is completed accurately
Experience & Qualifications:
Required (Deal Breakers):
• 3 years of financial advising experience
• Series 7
• Series 66 OR Series 63 & 65
• Proven ability or desire to bring in new business and assets under management
Preferred Experience:
• Life insurance license (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong mix of sales and technical financial planning experience
• Ability to run client meetings independently

Compensation & Benefits:
• Base bonus potential
• OTE: $90k-$105k
