Our partner, a rapidly growing leader in the broadband and connectivity space, is seeking an Outside Sales Representatives to support a major market expansion across Texas. This organization focuses on delivering high‑speed internet to rural and underserved communities, giving customers access to essential services they often can’t get elsewhere. It’s a high‑impact role for driven sales professionals who want to sell something people genuinely need.

This is a full‑time W2 field sales position with assigned territories throughout the outskirts of San Antonio. Reps work independently in the field, engage with local communities, and guide customers through the sign‑up and installation process.

Requirements & Skills

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to work a field‑based role daily
• Some sales OR customer‑facing experience with stable tenure
• Competitive, coachable, resilient, and comfortable with rejection
• Must be comfortable working outdoors in Texas weather
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required

Strong backgrounds include: telecom, fiber, cable, solar, pest control, security, retail sales, commission sales, athletics, military, bartending, or other high‑volume customer‑facing roles.
