This is not another AI company searching for product-market fit. My client is already closing six-figure and seven-figure enterprise deals, earning recognition from industry analysts, and experiencing more demand than their team can currently support.
They're looking for a Strategic Enterprise Account Executive to help build and scale their West Coast business.
What You'll Be Doing
- Own net-new logo acquisition across large enterprise accounts
- Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from discovery through close
- Engage executive buyers, including SVP, CRO, and C-level stakeholders
- Build business cases that create budget and drive organizational change
- Run structured enterprise POCs with clearly defined success criteria
- Partner closely with SDRs while maintaining a strong self-sourced pipeline
- Act as a strategic advisor throughout the buying process
What We're Looking For
- Proven success selling complex enterprise software solutions
- Experience managing large, strategic accounts and executive relationships
- Deep understanding of MEDDPICC, value-based selling, and enterprise deal qualification
- Experience building business cases and driving budget creation initiatives
- Strong track record navigating champions, economic buyers, and cross-functional stakeholders
- Demonstrated success within startup or high-growth environments
- Active user of AI in daily workflows and excited about the future of the space
Compensation
- OTE: $240k Uncapped
- Strong base and uncapped potential with HEAVY upside
