I'm partnered with an AI startup that is redefining how go-to-market organizations operate.

This is not another AI company searching for product-market fit. My client is already closing six-figure and seven-figure enterprise deals, earning recognition from industry analysts, and experiencing more demand than their team can currently support.


They're looking for a Strategic Enterprise Account Executive to help build and scale their West Coast business.


What You'll Be Doing

  • Own net-new logo acquisition across large enterprise accounts
  • Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from discovery through close
  • Engage executive buyers, including SVP, CRO, and C-level stakeholders
  • Build business cases that create budget and drive organizational change
  • Run structured enterprise POCs with clearly defined success criteria
  • Partner closely with SDRs while maintaining a strong self-sourced pipeline
  • Act as a strategic advisor throughout the buying process

What We're Looking For

  • Proven success selling complex enterprise software solutions
  • Experience managing large, strategic accounts and executive relationships
  • Deep understanding of MEDDPICC, value-based selling, and enterprise deal qualification
  • Experience building business cases and driving budget creation initiatives
  • Strong track record navigating champions, economic buyers, and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Demonstrated success within startup or high-growth environments
  • Active user of AI in daily workflows and excited about the future of the space

Compensation

  • OTE: $240k Uncapped
  • Strong base and uncapped potential with HEAVY upside
  • Full benefits
