Qualifications:
- 3 years of Business Operations/Revenue Operations within Healthcare SaaS
- PLUS: Startup Experience
- SQL Experience: Moderate to Expert
- Familiarity with SaaS tools, access management, and system integrations
- AI fluency is essential (ChatGPT, Claude, Codex or similar)
- Cross-functional collaboration skills (Finance and CS)
- Bachelor's Degree
- Automation Tools: Proven experience in reducing manual hours and driving results
Responsibilities:
- Own and manage ticketing and service workflows (e.g., Jira Service Management or similar tools)
- Support and maintain internal systems (e.g., HRIS, reporting platforms, and data warehouses such as Rippling, Metabase, Snowflake, or similar)
- Build and maintain basic SQL-based reporting (joins, aggregations, filters) to support internal teams.
- Identify, design, and implement process improvements and automations to reduce manual work and operational friction.
- Support operational compliance efforts, including SOC 2 readiness, audits, and access control documentation.
- Partner cross-functionally with all functions to translate operational needs into clear, scalable solutions.
- Create and maintain clear SOPs and documentation for owned systems and workflows.
- Communicate progress, risks, and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.
