Door-to-Door Sales Representative

Our client, a fast-growing home improvement company that’s transforming the roofing and exterior industry, is looking to bring on Door-to-Door Sales Representatives in the DFW, TX and Atlanta, GA markets.

They’re looking for motivated, competitive individuals who want to break into sales, earn based on performance, and grow into a six-figure Outside Sales career. The company has experienced explosive growth, increasing sales 5X over the past year, and has ambitious plans to become one of the industry's top players.

Highlights:

• $26K base salary paid bi-weekly
• $200 for every completed appointment after the first 3 in each 2-week pay period
• 1% of the contract value when an appointment you set converts into a sale
• Daily appointment-setting bonuses
• Clear path into an Outside Sales Representative role where top reps earn $80K–$144K

Requirements:

• Comfortable working a door-to-door, field-based sales role
• Money motivated with a competitive, hunter mentality
• Comfortable working outdoors throughout the DFW or Atlanta area
• Residential sales, roofing, windows, exteriors, solar, or other home improvement experience is a plus, but not required
• Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn
• Must live in the DFW Metro or Metro Atlanta area
