Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher - Residential Garage Door

Top Notch Garage Door is looking for a customer-focused, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher to join our team. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers: handling inquiries, scheduling service appointments, and coordinating dispatch to ensure our technicians are in the right place at the right time. This position is Monday - Friday, 7:30am to 4:30pm. Occasional Saturday work may be required based on business need, but will be communicated in advance.

What You'll Do

• Answer inbound calls, emails, and inquiries in a friendly, professional, and timely manner.
• Schedule and dispatch technicians for garage door installations, repairs, and maintenance calls.
• Provide customers with accurate information on products, services, and pricing.
• Handle customer concerns and resolve issues efficiently to maintain high satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate customer records including service history, billing, and contact information.
• Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any remaining concerns.
• Collaborate with service, sales, and installation teams to ensure smooth coordination.
• Support the team with administrative tasks and daily reporting as needed

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or relevant certification a plus.
• 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a residential or home services environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Solid problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM or scheduling software.
• Experience in ServiceTitan highly preferred, but not required.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities without missing details.
• Experience in the garage door or home improvement industry is a plus, but not required.
• Positive attitude and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
