Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Real Estate Agent, based in Laguna Beach, CA, with flexibility for some work-from-home opportunities. The role involves assisting clients in buying, selling, or renting real property, conducting property market assessments, and guiding clients through the entire transaction process. Key tasks also include building strong client relationships, marketing property listings, and staying current with local real estate market trends.
Qualifications
- Active Real Estate License
- Strong interpersonal and Customer Service skills
- Experience in Real Estate, including knowledge of Sales and Real Property
- Effective communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Proficiency in real estate software and tools is a plus
- Familiarity with the Laguna Beach, CA market is advantageous
