Qualifications and Requirements:
- Obtain patient information as needed
- Evaluate and assess documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Ability to effectively communicate with office and clinical teams
- Home health or medical intake experience preferred
- Ability to successfully complete a background check and professional reference check
