Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum 18 years old
- Positive attitude, great communication skills, and ability to work independently
- A solid personal character with an empathetic personality
- Valid driver's license
- Must be able to pass both a criminal background check and drug screen
- Must be comfortable performing personal care and grooming, meal prep, and light housekeeping
- Must be able to begin your day at 6:00 a.m. based on the needs of the office
- "Successful completion of 59 hours of free online training through CareAcademy prior to your start date and 16 hours of hands-on training following your start date, proof of completed Home Health Aide Competency Evaluation Program, or a copy of your Indiana HHA license."
