Home Health Aide (HHA) - Flexible Schedule, Weekly Pay, 1:1 Patient Care

Join a fast-growing home health team providing one-on-one care in patients’ homes. As a Home Health Aide (HHA) , you’ll help clients stay safe, comfortable, and independent — while building meaningful relationships every day.
- Flexible schedule
- 1:1 Patient Care (No Facility Burnout)
- Supportive Clinical/Admin Team
What You'll Do:
- Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting)
- Support mobility, transfer, and ambulation
- Provide meal prep and feeding assistance
- Give medication reminders (no administering)
- Monitor and report changes to office nurse
- Maintain a clean and safe home environment
- Document care per agency standards
- Travel to patient homes within assigned area
What You Need:
- Age 18 or older
- 1 year of caregiving experience (within last 2 years) under RN supervision
- Ability to follow care plans and document accurately
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently in patient homes
- Ability to lift 25 lbs
- Willing to complete background check & onboarding
Preferred (Not Required)
- Active HHA or CNA certification or willingness to obtain certification
- Home health or home care experience
- CPR and Adult First Aid certification
- Experience supporting seniors or medically complex clients
- Experience working with dementia or memory care patients
