Requirements
11 years of enterprise application development experience
7 years of dedicated Salesforce experience
5 years of hands-on Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, SOQL/SOSL, and advanced Salesforce configuration
5 years supporting large, complex Salesforce environments with strict SLAs and security requirements
Strong experience with API design, integrations, middleware, and enterprise data exchange
Experience with Salesforce security, identity governance, encryption, auditability, and compliance
Experience with CI/CD, automated testing, environment promotion, and DevOps
Strong ability to create architecture diagrams, technical design documents, process flows, and operational documentation
Strong knowledge of Salesforce licensing models and platform optimization
