Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Tampa, FL. The Job Title will contribute directly to Purple’s mission by supporting daily operations and initiatives that enhance both product and customer experiences. Responsibilities may include collaborating with cross-functional teams, supporting process improvements, and coordinating tasks or projects that align with departmental goals. The role will involve regular communication with internal partners, use of relevant tools or systems to complete assigned work, and adherence to Purple’s quality, safety, and customer-focused standards. The individual in this role is expected to be proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, innovation-focused environment.
Qualifications
- Relevant experience in a comparable role or industry, with the ability to quickly learn Purple’s products, processes, and tools.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional, on-site teams.
- Demonstrated problem-solving, organization, and time-management abilities, including handling multiple priorities with attention to detail.
- Comfort with technology and data-driven decision-making; experience using standard office software and role-specific systems.
- Commitment to a safe, inclusive, and customer-centered workplace, with a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training related to the role’s focus (e.g., operations, customer experience, manufacturing, or retail) is a plus.
- Prior experience in consumer products, retail, manufacturing, or a fast-paced growth environment is beneficial.
