Purple Toad Winery & Distillery is hiring a Bottling Line & Warehouse Associate to join our Paducah team. This is a hands-on, full-time role for a dependable worker who takes pride in doing the job right. Four-day work week — Monday through Thursday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Fridays off.

Please read carefully — this is a physically demanding job.
You will be on your feet and moving for the majority of your 10-hour shift. Expect constant walking, lifting, bending, reaching, and hands-on physical work throughout the day. This is not a sit-down or light-duty position. We've had people leave because they underestimated how active the work really is, so we want to be upfront: if you're looking for a low-activity job, this isn't the right fit. If you like staying busy and working with your body, you'll do well here.

What you'll do:

• Run and support the bottling line — loading, labeling, capping, and quality checks
• Pack and palletize finished product for storage and shipment
• Receive, move, and organize inventory in the warehouse
• General warehouse upkeep — cleaning, sanitizing equipment, keeping the floor safe and organized
• Yard work and exterior upkeep around the facility as needed
• Assist with general labor tasks across production and operations

Physical requirements:

• On your feet and actively moving for most of a 10-hour shift
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the day
• Frequent bending, squatting, reaching, carrying, and climbing
• Comfortable working in warm, cold, or outdoor conditions depending on the task
• Able to keep a steady pace in a production environment
