As an Account Manager within our talent division PRPL & Friends, you are the bridge between our staffing clients and PRPL. You have a natural ability to foster trust and demonstrate our team’s value on a regular basis. You’re not just a representative—you’re the trusted partner who ensures every client interaction reflects PRPL’s commitment to responsiveness, second-mile service and personalized interactions.


In this role, you’ll be a point of contact for our staffing clients, serving as an expert communicator and a natural problem-solver. Our clients will be able to turn to you for regular updates on deliverables, monthly and quarterly reporting, and as a trusted resource to solve any team challenges that might arise. You will collaborate closely with our Talent Ops team, Account Director, and VP of People to ensure each team is appropriately staffed and operating at optimal capacity. Internally, your colleagues will trust you to anticipate needs and align client business objectives with actionable creative resource plans. You will identify monthly key performance indicators for each team and ensure they’re met and in doing this, you’ll help PRPL deliver creative agency and talent solutions that make a real impact.

Location - Fully Remote (but Orlando/Central Florida preferred): Remote with quarterly travel (3-4x per year) to major metro areas like NYC and San Francisco.


Experience Level: 5 years of account/client service experience in a creative agency environment; staffing experience a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Support PRPL's talent services across all creative staffing engagements
  • Serve as one of the primary points of contact for our primary, big tech client, and become acutely familiar with the scope of work for each distinct team. 
  • Meet regularly with each client for team performance check-ins
  • Conduct bi-annual client surveys to track the performance of placements 
  • Provide daily updates to clients on onboarding or offboarding activities
  • Assist in providing quarterly reporting on agency deliverables and work accomplished. Identify and communicate risks via reports.
  • Partner with our Talent Ops team to request and troubleshoot access needs (tooling, software, equipment).
  • Own and drive account management documentation on behalf of PRPL.
  • Ensure client satisfaction by managing overall account health, actively managing risk, communicating clearly, and making sure we deliver work on time.
  • Support the business development process by attending intake calls and assisting in the creation of agency estimates and proposals. 
  • Collaborate with PRPL's Talent Ops team and Recruiters to replace team members as needed. 
  • Work with the Finance team to ensure billing schedules and reports align to the original statements of work/work orders (SOWs).  
  • Initiate all scope changes via amendments and work with the Account Director/VP of People to execute


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Experience prioritizing tasks, managing stakeholders, and balancing short-term needs.
  • 5 years of experience in a creative agency environment. Client-facing experience in either of these realms is a must. 
  • Advanced written and presentation communication skills, comfortable engaging with senior leadership.
  • Demonstrable ability to cultivate business with clients and lead successful engagements. 
  • A glass-half-full outlook that contributes to a strong, positive team culture
  • Proficiency with Google tools and products
