What You Will Do
- Manage and report sales goals, lead goals, and forecasting.
- Client relationship management.
- Market Research and Analysis.
- Adapt and Innovate Purple Pest Controls sales system.
- Conduct thorough inspections to identify pest infestations and determine the best course of treatment.
- This may include going into attics, crawlspaces, basements or other spaces.
- Care for and maintain company equipment, vehicles and materials.

This role offers the autonomy to manage your day while driving new business growth through proactive lead generation. You will be responsible for identifying, developing, and securing new residential and commercial pest control opportunities by prospecting, networking, and building strong relationships in the community.
Success in this position comes from consistently creating your own pipeline, conducting property inspections, presenting solutions, and closing high-value contracts to meet sales goals—supported by uncapped commission potential.
Experience Requirements.
- Proven success in pest control outside sales, or equivalent
- Have the drive, want and ability to meet or exceed sales targets and quotas.
- Exceptional networking, communication, and presentations skills.
- Strong business acumen and proficiency in sales techniques, including selling and objection management.
- Passion for driving results.
- Tech savvy and willing to learn and use cutting edge technology.
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Possess a valid driver’s license in good standing.
- Must pass background and drug screening.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
