Production Operator (Pharma – Solid Dosage) – 2nd Shift
Location: Cranbury, NJ
Pay: $22–$27/hour Benefits Shift Differential (The final rate offered depends on experience & interview)
Shift: 3PM to 11:30PM
Overview:
Seeking an experienced Production Operator for a pharmaceutical solid dosage facility. The role involves operating, cleaning, and maintaining equipment used in tablet and capsule manufacturing under cGMP guidelines.
Must-Have Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of recent experience in pharmaceutical solid dosage manufacturing (tablets/capsules).
- Hands-on experience in dispensing, granulation, milling, drying, compression, coating, and cleaning.
- Knowledge of cGMP and SOP compliance for equipment setup, operation, and documentation.
- Ability to read, write, and complete batch records in English.
- Stable work history with proven reliability.
- High School Diploma or GED (Bachelor’s in Life/Physical Sciences preferred).
- Ability to stand 8 hours and use PPE per OSHA standards.
