Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician – Manufacturing
Location: Yale, MI 48097
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Busy season) / 7AM to 3:30PM (normal)
Pay: $27–$35/hr benefits (final rate offered depends on experience & Interview)
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, test, repair, and maintain electrical/electronic systems and circuits.
- Diagnose equipment issues and perform preventative maintenance.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Operate electrical hand tools and testing equipment.
Requirements:
- Formal apprenticeship or equivalent training in industrial maintenance.
- 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong blueprint reading and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Must pass basic math/reading test and meet attendance standards.
- High school diploma or equivalent.

The maintenance team may work either 4/10s (6:00 AM-4:30 PM, Monday-Thursday) or 5/8s (6:00 AM-2:30 PM, Monday-Friday), depending on critical plant needs and PM schedules. OT/Saturdays may be required, with weekend rotations typically scheduled a month in advance. Are you comfortable with this schedule? (REQUIRED)
