- 10 years of successful professional staffing sales experience, including IT, Finance and Accounting, Engineering, or other professional disciplines.
- Proven success acquiring new mid-market and enterprise clients within the professional staffing industry.
- Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding significant individual revenue and sales-production goals.
- Strong relationships with Talent Acquisition, Procurement, MSP, Contingent Workforce, and executive decision-makers.
- An established network within the professional staffing and talent ecosystem.
- Experience managing complex enterprise sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
- Strong hunter mentality with the ability to independently develop and close new business.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to thrive in a growing, fast-moving organization.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
- Ability to travel and attend industry conferences approximately two to three times per year.
- Strong technical proficiency with tools such as Zoom, Dynamics CRM, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Must reside in the United States.
- We are not considering candidates whose experience is primarily in healthcare or light-industrial staffing.
- Competitive base salary of $95,000 to $125,000, based on experience and demonstrated sales performance.
- Uncapped commission potential.
- Candidates with exceptional industry relationships and a proven production history may be considered at compensation levels appropriate to their experience.
