Required Qualifications

- Experience managing restricted and unrestricted funding sources
- Experience overseeing complex grant funding and government contracts
- Proven experience managing audits and regulatory compliance
- Strong knowledge of FASB and nonprofit financial reporting standards
- Experience partnering with executive leadership and Boards of Directors
- Background in mission-driven organizations operating in regulated or government-funded environments
Preferred Qualifications- CPA or MBA
- Experience in healthcare, human services, or similar service-based nonprofit sectors
- Experience with Medicaid or Medicare reimbursement environments
