Position: Part‑Time Staging Assistant

About the Role
The Staging Assistant supports the Lead Stager in preparing homes for sale by helping create beautiful, functional, buyer‑focused spaces. This role is hands‑on, fast‑paced, and perfect for someone who loves design, problem‑solving, and working as part of a collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with staging installations, including furniture placement, décor styling, and room setup
- Load, unload, and transport staging items safely and efficiently
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of inventory, warehouse, and staging materials
- Follow design plans and direction from the Lead Stager
- Perform light furniture assembly or adjustments as needed
- Support de‑staging and packing processes after homes sell
- Communicate professionally with clients, team members, and partners
- Identify and report any damaged items, missing pieces, or on‑site issues
- Uphold company standards for quality, safety, and customer service
Qualifications
- Strong eye for design, balance, and detail
- Some experience in staging, interior design, retail merchandising, or related fields (preferred but not required)
- Excellent customer service and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Self‑motivated, reliable, and able to adapt quickly on site
- Comfortable with physical work, including lifting furniture and décor (up to 40–50 lbs)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Schedule & Hours

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
