About the Role
We're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented person to join our team on a part-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional looking to gain hands-on recruiting experience while maintaining flexibility in their schedule.
Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates for various open positions across the organization
- Conduct initial phone screenings and schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Post job openings on relevant job boards and social media platforms
- Maintain and update applicant tracking system with candidate information
- Coordinate interview logistics and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Assist with employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing
- Participate in job fairs and campus recruiting events as needed
- Provide excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's or Associates degree (recent graduates welcome!)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work onsite in Irvine, CA
- Reliable transportation
- Willingness to learn, work in a fast paced environment
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
