Position Overview:
We are seeking an Azure ML Engineer with 6 years of experience and deep hands-on experience in enterprise identity and collaboration technologies who is ready to step into leading and mentoring other operational team members. This position is a 6 month contract role in Boston, MA onsite.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of identity and collaboration engineers responsible for mission-critical IT services
- Operational Management: Oversee 24x7 operational support and incident response for directory services and Microsoft 365 tools
- Performance Management: Define team goals, KPIs, and support metrics to track performance and continuously improve service quality
- Culture Development: Foster a high-performance, customer-centric culture focused on service reliability and exceptional user experience
- Technical Escalation: Serve as the escalation point for complex technical and operational issues requiring senior-level expertise
