Senior Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage critical infrastructure projects from initiation to completion
• Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution
• Manage project financials, including multi-million-dollar budgets
• Coordinate with electrical and mechanical contractors and site teams
• Ensure project delivery aligns with scope, quality, and safety standards
• Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders
• Monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Provide regular project updates and reporting

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 7–10 years of Project Management experience (Senior PM level)
• 3 years of experience in project management within critical infrastructure (preferred)
• Experience with UPS, thermal systems, battery systems, and monitoring systems is a plus
• Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical contracting
• Proven experience managing project budgets and financials (multi-million-dollar projects preferred)
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Preferred Experience

• Construction site supervisors or managers with relevant project delivery experience
• Strong background in project execution rather than pure technical roles
• Experience working in infrastructure, construction, or industrial environments
