Payroll Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
- Process employee timesheets and payroll data with high accuracy
- Verify payroll inputs and ensure compliance with policies
- Handle payroll deductions including garnishments
- Resolve employee payroll queries and discrepancies
- Support payroll operations and maintain records for audits/year-end
- Collaborate with HR and Accounting for accurate financial reporting
- Work with timekeeping and payroll systems (e.g., Oracle HCM, Kronos)
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and organizational abilities
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Office
- High level of confidentiality
Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree in Accounting or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3–5 years of payroll experience
- Experience with Oracle HCM or similar payroll systems and Kronos Timekeeping
- Payroll certification preferred

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
